Our quality, organic, single-varietal extra virgin olive oil from Koroneiki olives comes from Hania, Crete, in Greece.

Our olive trees are cultivated using sustainable farming practices and strict organic standards. We harvest them by hand early, while the olive fruit is still mostly green, sometime between early December and February. No pesticides or fertilisers are used in our owned olive grove. To maintain all its valuable nutrients, our extra virgin olive oil is produced using the cold extraction process at the mill.
